What's the role? 

Based out of our Brisbane Airport office as a Customer Service Operator, you will be primarily responsible for receiving both phone bookings and delivery queries from customers as well as handling driver enquiries to ensure that our customer delivery needs are met. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing customer accounts while maintaining a high level of service.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills and grow with a successful, fast-paced organisation.

What you need is:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

• Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Sound computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• A proactive, reliable attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow with the business
