The role?

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Operator to join our Perth team in Kewdale. You’ll be an important point of contact for our customers and drivers, assisting with enquiries, monitoring deliveries and helping resolve issues as they arise.

Your day will include responding to phone and email enquiries, liaising with drivers and our operations team, following up deliveries and ensuring our customers receive a high level of service. This is a busy and varied role that would suit someone who enjoys dealing with people, takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable, long-term position.

• Good knowledge of Perth and surrounding suburbsA reliable, positive and team-focused attitude

Previous experience in customer service, administration, transport or logistics would be highly regarded, although specific industry experience is not essential.
