What's the role?

As a National Business Development Manager for Direct Cold, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving growth through attracting new clients, as well as managing and expanding on our partnerships with existing clients.

What you need is:

To be successful, the ideal applicant will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • Experience within the transport industry (ideally with courier and taxi truck services);
  • Exposure to healthcare logistics or refrigerated transport is highly desirable;
  • At least 5 years of Business Development Management experience;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers;
  • Superior customer service skills;
  • Strong knowledge of various IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Proven record in attracting, winning and maintaining customers;
  • Willingness to travel including access to own vehicle and a current driver’s licence
