What's the role?

Based out of our Head Office, the Linehaul Fleet Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Linehaul fleet, ensuring efficient driver supervision, third-party carrier collaboration and customer service as well as operational efficiency.

As the Linehaul Fleet Supervisor, you will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards as well as maintain strong and open relationships with both carriers and customers. You will also play a key role in the overseeing and coordination of timely vehicle servicing and maintenance to ensure operational standards.

• Previous experience working within the transport industry in a simialr role
• Excellent communication skills (written, listening and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Good understanding of the geographical suburbs in and around the capital cities
• Strong computer knowledge
• Resilience, passion and ability to work at pace and under pressure
• A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results
• Strong working knowledge of HVNL, CoR and fatigue regulations
